Refund Policy

Pay-Per-Request Model

ASORadar uses a pay-per-request billing model. You top up your account balance and are charged only for successful API requests.

Refund Eligibility

  • Unused balance — you can request a full refund of your unused balance at any time.
  • Service issues — if you were charged for requests that returned errors due to our fault (5xx errors), we will credit your account automatically.
  • Accidental top-up — if you accidentally topped up your account, contact us within 24 hours for a full refund.

Non-Refundable

  • Successfully completed API requests (2xx, 4xx responses) are non-refundable as the service was delivered.
  • Requests that failed due to invalid parameters or authentication errors on your side.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
