1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ASORadar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ASORadar provides a REST API for collecting and analyzing app reviews from Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The Service includes API access, a web dashboard, and related tools.

3. Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access keys.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • One person or entity may maintain no more than one account.

4. Billing

  • The Service uses pay-per-request billing. You are charged for successful API requests.
  • Account balance does not expire.
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or authentication.
  • Resell API access without authorization.
  • Interfere with the Service infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm others.

6. Rate Limits

API requests are subject to rate limits based on your plan. Exceeding rate limits will result in 429 responses. Repeated abuse may result in account suspension.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The data returned by the API (app reviews) is publicly available information from app stores.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of data returned by the API.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Unused balance will be refunded per our Refund Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
